Abraham Harari, Owner

Abraham Harari founded Modular Construction Systems in 2020 after successfully establishing a construction company and a real estate investment firm. From the start and throughout his versatile career his focus has been on innovation, transparency, and integrity. Unlike many entrepreneurs, Abraham believes in integrating the personal with the professional both inside and outside the company. He is a big believer in cooperation rather than competition. Abraham develops a personal rapport with all his employees and his clients alike, and fundamentally believes that to be the cornerstone of his operations.

In his own words, “I don’t believe any business venture can be successful without the utmost devotion of its leaders. I think many business fail when the management takes a back seat and hope the business will drive itself. It is like a child, requiring constant nurturing and attention. Ultimately, what you give is what you get.”

Luke Cronin

Luke Cronin, P.E., S.E.

Luke has been in the construction and engineering industry since 2012. He graduated from the University of Kansas with his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2010 and received his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2012.

He has worked in industrial construction, commercial construction, and manufacturing. Some notable structural projects include U.S. Bank Stadium (home of the Minnesota Vikings), Hard Rock Stadium roof expansion (home of the Miami Dolphins), and Hudson Yards (a high-rise in Manhattan, NY). Luke is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado and Utah, and a Professional Structural Engineer (S.E.) in Nevada

David Snyder

David Snyder, Director of Operations

David is a Denver native and went to school for architecture and design. He was a field engineer for Swinerton builders for 3 years and worked on the Block 162 high-rise in downtown Denver. Before that, he was a field engineer for Suntec Concrete in their structural and tilt panel divisions for 5 years. He is a proud father of two girls and one boy.


Ryan McCue, General Manager

Ryan has been building and creating since he was in diapers. He gained a thorough understanding of the home building process and ultimately decided to continue his education and earned a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from The University of Denver. From there he has traversed the construction industry from commercial, to multi-family but his passion lies in residential construction. Improving how and where people live has become his mission in life. When Ryan isn’t working, he is truly a family man. He enjoys spending time with his new daughter Revel, his wife Annelise, and their three dogs Finn, Boone and Ava. When he is not at home being Dad, you can find him enjoying a cold beer on a patio or exploring this great state on his motorcycle.
